We need your help!
Whether you have a little time or a lot, we can use your help (particularly if you live in Provo or Springville). Those who speak both Spanish and English are especially welcome though that isn't required. To sign up, go to mhprovosf.org/contact.
One-Time Volunteers
One-Time volunteers work on a single project for as much time they have. Sometimes we'll ask you to let us know in advance that you're coming, but usually, you just show up!
Ongoing Volunteers
Ongoing volunteers serve for 2 to 4 hours a week on a regular basis for a few months up to a year or more.
Service Missionaries
Service missionaries commit to 18 to 24 months serving 8 to 16 hours a week. They're often retired or have flexible work schedules. Even with the time commitment, service missionaries have flexibility to allow for vacations, time with family, and involvement in other activities.
What you'll do
Help organize and carry out neighborhood cleanups or service projects
Find people in the local community who can organize and carry out such projects
Teach a class like English, Spanish, beginning piano, computer skills, art, wellness, etc.
Find and support people in the local community who can teach these classes
Join in organizing and planning neighborhood social gatherings
Find homeowners or individuals who need help from MyHometown
And lots more!
